Last Week's Speakers
Last week we heard from two of our grant recipients.  The Center for Enriched Living exists so that people with developmental disabilities can be fully included in the community, achieve personal success, and enjoy a good quality of life.  Adam McCormack told us about ways to support this very worthy organization:
Elise Larson from Special Gifts Theatre told us that their mission is to foster self-confidence, social, speech and language skills in individuals with disabilities, using educational and therapeutic techniques with the stage as the platform, integrating creativity and fun.  One of the performers, Jenna, gave us a great performance, and it was obvious how important this program is to her.  If you want to support this group, here is their schedule:
Thursday's Meeting is In-Person and a Zoom Meeting
Thursday's meeting is in-person at Continental and a zoom meeting at 12:15.  Please see Brett's email for the Zoom link and the link for your lunch order.  Our speaker is Doris Downing from the Cancer Wellness Center, a grant recipient.
