Bo announced that the Buddy Bowling event that we support with the Village's Commission for Residents with Disabilities will be held this year on Thursday, April 18 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Bowlero and volunteers are needed. Save the date!

The Friends of the Parks Foundation will be having its second annual Trivia Night on Saturday, March 9 at the Community Arts Center - dinner at 6 pm, play begins at 7 pm. Proceeds will benefit the Foundation's fee assistance program for active military families and families in need. Please see Martha, Adriane or Ryan to sign up for this fun event. The cost is $25 person (dinner included) and tables of 8 for $200.

Glenn passed on a request from the Lincolnshire Rotary Club for plastic bags that visitors to the Vernon area food pantry can use to carry their groceries. The pantry would like to avoid having to purchase bags. Please bring them to our meetings and give them to either Glenn or Martha. Thanks!
