Last week our speakers were our club member Martha and Jenny Maltas, the deputy village manager of Buffalo Grove, who talked about their reasons for volunteering for the American Cancer Society's community event, Relay for Life, that will be held on June 9th from 3 to 10 pm at Twin Groves Middle School. You can see the details for this event, please click HERE, as well as decide whether to donate for either the Village's team (Jenny is the captain) or the Park District team (Martha is the captain). The two teams are in a friendly competition for donations. Please stop by for the survivor's walk, the family games, or just to show support for the volunteers. Last Week's Meeting
