Thanks to all of the club members and their family members who volunteered at the planting at Willow Stream Park on May 21st. Our efforts resulted in the planting of 400 seedlings of native plants and 12 native shrubs - all before the rain started and scattered everyone. Thanks to Jeff Weiss for planning and organizing the event. Also, we received District 6440's Public Image grant that reimbursed us for one-half the cost of the hats and visors that Martha ordered. We look official!
