Hanover Township Supervisor Brian McGuire presented a resolution last week to Bartlett Rotary Club president-elect Ralph Tovar declaring October 24 World Polio Day in the Township. The Bartlett club does outstanding work in the community and works with other chapters across the globe in eradicating polio.
