Posted by Patrick M. McMahon On June 13, 2019 the speaker at our Rotary lunch meeting was Linda Smith of Lutheran Life Communities. Linda has worked in various marketing roles at Lutheran Life Communities and is currently Marketing Director for the Lutheran Home. Linda was born in Cleveland, Ohio and after college became a court reporter in South Bend, Indiana. It was as a court reporter that she met her attorney-husband, and they ultimately moved to Palatine in the 1980s. Linda is a member of Saint Thomas Church in Palatine and a cancer survivor. Linda joined Rotary as part of a group membership with Lutheran Life Communities.
