Rotarians Volunteer at Community Cares

On Thursday, May 30, 2019, many of our Arlington Heights Noon Rotary members volunteered at the Community Cares suite, located in the Community Resource Center at 1585 N. Rand Road in Palatine. Community Cares is a collaborative effort among Palatine Assisting Through Hope (PATH) Community Closet, All Saints Lutheran Church food pantry, and Northwest Community Healthcare.  The mission of Community Cares is to provide food and clothing for those in need in the areas of Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Mount Prospect, and Palatine.  Among those Rotarians who volunteered were Karen Baker, Kris Niemann , Jon Ridler, Ben Weaver, Kerry Pearson, Betsy Kmiecik, Bill Kmiecik, Ron Crawford, Joe Skibbie, Sue Duchek, Larry Neimann, Todd Rollins, Jan Behrens, Dave Zuehlke, Wendy Davis, Chuck Frankiewicz, John Kent, and Randy Recklaus.
