The Arlington Golf Classic 2026, organized by the Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF) and the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights in support of the Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA), is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026. The event will take place at the Arlington Lakes Golf Course (1211 S. New Wilke Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004), with a timeline including check-in at 10:30 am, lunch at 10:45 am, and a shotgun start at 12:00 pm. Proceeds from the outing support SLSF’s five pillars: general programs, inclusion, athletics, scholarships, and accessible transportation for children and adults with disabilities. Registration closes on September 14, 2026, and interested participants can contact Megan O’Brien at mobrien@nwsra.org or 847-392-2848 ext. 2. The event features 18 holes of golf, dinner, drinks, and sponsorships from local entities such as the Arlington Heights Park District and Alera Group. |

Join the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights for a festive fall get-together filled with great music, delicious food, and plenty of fun! Enjoy live music from a local band, catch up with fellow Rotarians and friends, and celebrate the season together. Come hungry, bring your fall spirit, and get ready for an evening of good food, great company, and even better memories!
This year, we will be doing a drive for the Good Neighbors Network. They would love to get diapers and wipes again from us as a collection at our party. They are requesting sizes three and up, even some of the really big sizes because those go to older students with special needs in NSSEO who need diapers. Wipes are also great. Come join us for a fun morning as we greet Farmer Market Goers while handing out Santa Run information, and encourage runners, walkers, families, and friends to join us for one of the most festive events of the year. We will be doing this October 10th and 17th. There will be 2 shifts on each day. The first shift is from 8am-10am and the second is from 10am-12pm. Please register for the shift you would like to do.
