Mr. Aby Karottu (Niles North Special Ed Teacher) and Ms. Yvette Stroesser-Schmidt (DRS, Employment Specialist) will discuss District 219's Bridges Adult Transition Services which serves adult learners aged 18 through the day before their 22nd birthday. The speaker will cover: skills taught, demographics of clients, the types of jobs sought for the clients, the role D219 plays, the role the community plays, the new facility, and challenges due to the pandemic or overall.

The Commission to End Hunger is a public-private partnership composed of stakeholders from across the state dedicated to the belief that no one in Illinois should ever face hunger.
