Rotary Members Rev. Mat Conrad and Raman Grover did their Classification Talk at our weekly meeting of February 3,2015.
Rev. Matt Conrad is the pastor of St Paul Lutheran Church in Skokie. He's been there 6 years and has actively been working to help the church engage the community. One of the congregation's more recent endeavors has been starting a clothing closet that serves the communities of Niles, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, and Skokie.
Matt has been married 11 years to his beautiful wife, Danelle. Danelle is an oncology nurse and works for a doctor in Skokie. They have 3 children: Nathan (7), Mya (5), and Isaiah (2). Most of their free time is spent with the children, making sure everyone stays out of trouble and no one gets hurt. The Conrads enjoy the many restaurants offered in Chicago and try their hand at cooking as well. Right now most of their travels involve visiting parents in either southern California or the Washington DC area.
