club member Dr. Mark Parisi did his Member Classification Talk
Dr. Mark Parisi has been a member of the Skokie Valley Rotary Club since 2004. He has served as Club Youth Study Exchange Chair, Group Study Exchange Chair, Club Assistant Secretary, Outbound Group Study Exchange Chair for District 6440, and Annual Giving Co-Chair for District 6440. He is Paul Harris x 3 and is a member of the Paul Harris Society.
Mark owns two behavioral healthcare service companies that collectively employ about 100 professionals. He completed his doctoral studies at Florida Tech and attended his internship and residency on active duty in the U.S. Army where he served with the 101st Airborne Division stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and received his Honorable Discharge in 2009 from the U.S. Naval Reserves at the rank of Lt. Commander.
Mark is married to his wife, Josette, and has four wonderful step-children. He was born and raised in Park Ridge and grew up in a household dedicated to service. His father, Vincent, has been a life-long member of the Park Ridge Kiwanis. Mark's introduction to Rotary was through participation in District 6450's Group Study Exchange Program to the Philippines in 2001.
