John outlined in vivid details his unsupported expedition to the North Pole along his expedition partner Tyler Fish. John and his expedition partner are the first Americans to reach the North Pole unsupported. John has also completed major expeditions to the South Pole, on Greenland, and on Ellesmere Island.
