Guest Speaker Ashley Arp - Tiny but Mighty Popcorn, Marketing and Social Media Manager
 
Guest Speaker Ashley Arp, Marketing and Social Media Manager at Tiny but Mighty Popcorn, gave the club a demonstration of their tiny bu mighty popcorn, including samples fro all the club members.
 
Ashley said that their mission at Tiny but Mighty Popcorn is " To make healthy living easy and affordable for everyone" 
 
She said that their business is green and clean, and that a good business is a sustainable business. That’s why they are committed to:
 
  1. Recycled Packaging - All packaging, boxes and inserts are made from recycled paper and are recyclable. We feel this is a critical part of our commitment to sustainability.
  2. Eco-friendly vendors and suppliers - We are committed to supporting other sustainable businesses. From the brands we carry to the materials in our warehouse to the charitable partners we   choose, every conversation starts with establishing shared values.
  3. Being carbon neutral - Thrive Market is 100% carbon neutral through carbonfund.org. Our certification covers national shipping, packaging materials, warehouse utilities, even the work commutes of our team.
  4. Doing the “little” things - Team Farmers' Market runs, an office herb garden, up-cycled furniture - environmental awareness permeates everything we do small or large. These are our values as   a business, but they’re also the values we live by personally.
