Why? As the Tuesday Rotary Club meetings are getting longer with less time for socializing and the program, announcements need to be submitted in writing. Time management is the main reason for this, but attention is also a consideration. "After the first two or three I just kind of zone out and refocus on eating, drinking, or where I am supposed to be later," said a member who wished to be anonymous. "So while someone is up there just blah blah blahing about whatever, I've pretty much mentally checked out."
