Please RSVP by clicking on my e-mail address: lzsummers@aol.com and tell me who you are and if you are coming or NOT! Also, if you plan to bring a guest, I must have their full name also so their name can be put on the list at the gate so that they will be allowed to enter.

There are some things you need to know about our "onsite" tour of the Simplot Company. We will be going to the plant on Januray 27th to tour the facility. You will need to arrive at the gate by 11:15 AM that day. Below are the instructions on what to wear and how to enter the facility. There is a dress code and a security protocol. Ladies with nail polish or artificial nails will be given metal detectable gloves to wear so they may enter.

I need a "hard" headcount as I will need to give a list of people's names that will be going through the gate. If your name is not on the list, you will not be allowed to enter. That's part of the security. READ the dress code. It is strict. Women must wear long pants and closed toe shoes to be allowed to enter (men too!). Read the section on watches, valuables, etc.

READ BELOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE SIMPLOT COMPANY.
