Introduction to the Hawksbill Creek Agreement

This presentation is a follow up to an earlier one titled, "First Steps to a Sound Economic Development of Freeport and Grand Bahama". In that presentation it was proposed that the Licensees should be the ones to review the Hawksbill Creek Agreement, and be the ones to guide the amendment process. In order for the Licensees to do this, it is important for them to have a clear understanding of the Hawksbill Creek Agreement itself.
