Ryan Coonerty always draws a crowd, but for a change, he wasn't seeking our votes. Instead, he joined us to share his perspective on everything from the transition to district voting in Santa Cruz to housing in the County. If you'd like to hear the perspective of someone whose been in the trenches of government and local decision making for the last 16 years and you missed the meeting, worry not, the meeting was recorded and you can view it here.
Checks are Being Delivered
Our bike ride team has started delivering checks to our beneficiaries - a happy event. Our last check will be delivered November 14, so more pictures will follow. Click here to see this year's full list of beneficiaries.
Board meetings are held each month and are open to all members. If you'd like to see the Agendas and Minutes from any meeting, just click here. The documents (and meetings) give every member valuable insight into the issues and workings of a 100+ member organization and foundation.
