• Morning Inspiration! - John Gallagher on harmonica and Penni Bengtson with bass and cello accompaniment rock the start of the meeting their version of Leonard Cohen's Halleluja. It starts at 1:30 in this week's meeting video. Check it out.

• Another Bike Ride Donation! - Brent Duton and Jerry Souza presented a check for $5,000 to Paige Roberts who told the Club that the donation will be used to help create a new sensory room.

• Boys & Girls Club! Lis Dubois and Andrew Cunningham gave a wonderful presentation about the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County and the tremendous positive impact they make for youth in our area. If you're not familiar with them, please do watch this week's video.

• Rotary Foundation Experience - Jon Flaniken tells a powerful story of how his understanding of TRF evolved and deepened on a trip to a hospital in Guatamala to install a small water filtration system. These life-saving trips - and they are - are made possible by the donations we make to TRF. The monies donated now, come back to the Club in 3-years time so that we can continue to change lives domestically and internationally. If you haven't already, please consider donating this season.

• The Painless TRF Recurring Donation If you're like me, you have a number of different subscriptions that you don't really get full value from or that offer duplicate services. Until yesterday, I subscribed to 6 different news sources and Sirius XM Radio with traffic. I don't need all that and in some cases, like Sirius XM, the service is redundant. The charges went to my credit card and I never noticed them. So now I've made a switch. I cancelled some accounts and signed up for a monthly recurring donation to TRF. It's absolutely painless. • Warriors Pajama Night! The Warriors are hosting Pajamas Night on December 29th. Go to the game in your pajamas - if you're game - and bring PJs to donate. There's even a raffle to win lunch with a Warrior if you bring a PJ donation.

• Holiday Family Rotary Meeting! As 2022 comes to a festive close we look forward to a grand tradition, our annual Holiday Family Rotary Meeting on Thursday December 22nd at our usual meeting time and place.
   

  We welcome all of the little people in your lives to crawl out of bed early and come see what mommy, daddy, grandma and gramps do every Thursday morning. They'll experience the fabulously fun energy of our warm and welcoming group, enjoy a pancake breakfast with hot cocoa, and best of all, each little one will receive a special gift from Santa.
