Welcome to the Santa Cruz Sunrise Rotary's new website!  We are all excited to see how ClubRunner will revolutionize the way we manage our day to day club activities, as well as communicate more effectively.

ClubRunner is a database-backed membership communication tool. Accessible by all club members, it allows us to communicate much more effectively, as well as saving us valuable time. Online registrations for events and volunteer activities, automatic email services, and an integrated e-Bulletin, among other features, makes it easy to get involved and stay abreast of all club happenings.

One of the more novel and appealing features of ClubRunner is that it is easy for any club member to add content to the site.  If you enjoy writing articles, photographing events or reporting on club activities this website is for you!  Contact our site editor (Jon Winston) with your ideas and he'll get you going quicker that you can recite the 4 Way Test!

If you're not the hands-on type, you can still send Jon your news, pictures, thoughts and ideas.  He'll make sure they make it to the site.

Okay, ready to get started?

Where is it? The first thing you need to know and remember is the website address:

www.SantaCruzSunriseRotary.org

Bookmark this location because you'll want to come back again and again!

How do I Log in? When you first arrive at the site you will be viewing it as a guest.  You have to login to get full access to all of the many club private areas and to update your information.   To get your personal login, follow these easy steps:
  1. Click on the LOGIN button in the upper right hand corner of the screen where it says, "If you are a member, please LOGIN."
  2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
  3. This will take you to the "Get Password" screen.  Enter you last name and your email address and click on "Get Login Info". You will receive an email in a few minutes containing your username and password.   Note that the last name and email address you provide must match what is on record for security purposes.  If you are unable to get your password, please contact Jon Winston.
  4. Once you have your login information, go back to the site and enter your username and password.  After logging in you will be taken to the Admin page.  Typically, you would then click on Home at the top of the page to start your browsing.
  5. However, the first time you login in you should check your member profile.  To do this, click on Edit My Profile and you will see all your information.   Fill in as many details as you can.   Click on Save at the bottom of the page.
  6. Now go to the website's home page by clicking on Home at the top of the page, and have some fun!
Finally, this website is the brainchild of president Sean Venables.  We owe him many thanks for his vision in seeing the need for an elegant presence on the web for Santa Cruz Sunrise; for his perserverance in keeping the project moving ahead; and his good humor as the "development team" generally stumbled and bumbled along.
