Dear Sunrise Rotarians,

Thanks so much for the card and a big thank you for the cash. Chemo is a drag, and I feel horrible during the full week treatments, I've just finished my second full week. I've used the money to buy myself some goodies to help me feel better as I'm going through this ordeal. I've purchased a new beanie, warm socks, and a new warm sweatshirt and lounging pants to wear while I'm at the center. I'm also using the money to buy my lunches everyday, which can be expensive, 20 good take-out lunches add up. I also bought some new soccer gear, since soccer is one of my only pleasures left that I'm able to do on my off weeks, and I hope to find a pair of generic UGG like boots to keep my tootsie's warm once the weather changes. So far I've been able to keep up with my three Cabrillo classes, but look forward to the end of the semester, which is also the end of my treatments.

Once again thanks for you overwhelming support, and hope to see you at a meeting in early 2007.
