Maryann is setting up speakers for our upcoming meetings so be sure to check our calendar regularly as many have been added

We are always looking for speakers so please contact Maryann if you or someone you know would be available to speak to our club
Some guidelines and ideas:
  • Members could tell us about what they do at their job or did before they retired
  • Choose a speaker with a topic of informational, educational, motivational or entertainment value that will be of general interest to all club members.
  • Avoid controversial or volatile issues that could arouse anger and division among members.
  • Rotary International is a non-political and non-religious organization.  As a matter of policy, Rotary Clubs do not take positions on public questions including political or international issues so avoid political or religious topics.
  • We enjoy learning about local business but please advise company representatives or executive who are invited to speak to deal with issues that affect their industry and the community they should not use the Rotary podium for product or service promotion.
  • Community organizations could tell us about their programs and how they effect our community
Refer to the Four-Way Test when considering speakers and topics
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
