The results are in for our Veterans Care Bins Project!
In May, Todd Bowen and Maureen Lashlee from the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls, along with Shirley Adams from the Rotary Club of Poughkeepsie-Arlington, delivered the care bins to Liberty Station in Poughkeepsie to support our local veterans.
In total, 15 care bins filled with over 1,000 donated items were collected through this collaborative effort.
A huge thank you to the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls, East Fishkill Rotary Club, and the Rotary Club of Poughkeepsie-Arlington for their generosity and support of this meaningful project.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Old Navy (Poughkeepsie) and NBT Bank (Poughkeepsie Branch) for their generous donations to this worthy cause.
This project is a wonderful example of what can be accomplished when our community comes together to give back to those who have served our veterans. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this effort a success.
