Last meeting of the Rotary year was a bittersweet meeting as we gathered to celebrate and say farewell to longtime Rotarian Stan Straub and Maureen Straub as they begin their next chapter in Florida.
We were joined by fellow Rotarians, honorary members, and guests to share lunch, present gift cards, enjoy cake, and most importantly, thank Stan for his incredible dedication and service.
Stan, on behalf of the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls, thank you for 47 years of unwavering commitment to Rotary and our community. Your leadership, friendship, and countless contributions have made a lasting impact on our club and the lives of so many. While we will certainly miss you at our Thursday meetings, we wish you and Maureen nothing but happiness, good health, and relaxation as you enjoy your well-earned retirement in Florida.
