Today we distributed 250 saplings to the 5th graders at the Pearl River Middle School for Arbor Day. The Kids were so excited to receive a sapling to bring home to plant in thier yard. They were also happy to be helping our environment.
President Doreen called them our young Rotarian's and thanked them for helping our club accomplish the challenge given to us by RI President Ian Riseley - To plant a tree for each member of our club.
