President Woody receives Presidential Citation

Last weekend at the District Conference in Peterborough, awards were presented at the Governors Ball on Saturday night. President Woody received the Presidential Citation on behalf of Past President Dave which was presented by RI Past President Wilf Wilkinson. You can tell by the smile on Woody's face what an honour this was.
