Red Tail Flight Academy

Glendon Fraser, Director of the Red Tail Flight Academy program spoke to the club on June 14th. The academy is a Tuskegee Airmen inspired pipeline to career possibilities for underrepresented people of color. The mission is to use aviation as an aspirational platform to recruit, develop, expose and place underrepresented talent - with an emphasis on candidates of color in honor of the Tuskegee Airmen.  The RedTail Flight Academy, based at the New York Stewart International Airport, is an all-volunteer program.
