Our speaker for the evening, Ellen Messer, designs customized experiential learning and interventions to help people, “work efficiently with and through each other to accomplish organizational goals”.  She has worked with Fortune 500 corporations including Xerox, Amtrak and IBM to name a few, as well as Law Firms, healthcare organizations, small businesses, manufacturing and public sector service organizations.  She is known as a genuine relationship builder.

Ellen was the Organization Development Manager at HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley; she was responsible for creating a unified work culture following the institutional merger between Kingston and Benedictine Hospitals.

Ms. Messer volunteers her consulting resources locally to individuals in career development, personal goal setting and coaching for performance improvement.
