The Flags will be flown at the site of the Charles J. Everett Memorial, located at the intersection of Main Street and South Church Street, in the heart of Goshen Village.
The Presentation Creremony will be October 31, 2021at 11:00 A.M. The Flags will fly from Oct. 31 till Nov. 20, 2021.
