PNRC Member Rebecca Wilks receives Trustee of the Rotary Foundation Citation

PNRC Member Rebecca Wilks was honored for her commitment and many hours of service to the Rotary Foundation as the District 5490 recipient of the 2012-13 'Trustee of the Rotary Foundation' citation.
