Non-Rotarians are asked to please pay in advance by check or at the door by check or cash. Rotarians can be charged for meals or sponsorships as part of the monthly membership billing. Rotary doesn't have a credit card option. If you have difficulty making a reservation on the Rotary site, email smtxrotary@gmail.com and indicate how many tickets you want, or if you want to Sponsor a table.
Reservations required by Monday, January 10 at Noon. No reservations can be accepted after that date because of the hotel contract. RSVP attendees who do not attend will be billed for the meals because the hotel will charge for all meals reserved as of January 10.
Dress: Business, Black Tie Optional
Dinner menu is pictured in attached image. It is a lovely meal with both grilled chicken & beef medallion with potatos (vegetarian option if requested in advance), salad with grapes, pecans and goat cheese, and two choices for dessert.
