District 5450 Engagement Seminar

Dear District 5450 Rotarians,   Come be part of a special three-topic in-person event on Saturday, October 10 at Front Range Community College in Westminster. Register for one of the sessions below - there will be networking time for everyone during the break to meet, discuss and engage.   MEMBERS CARING FOR MEMBERS You already care about the people in your club. Come spend a morning with others who care too and learn a few easy ways to make that caring feel natural instead of like extra work. We’ll practice how to notice when someone might need support, ask questions that help us understand each other, connect people to what they need, and mentor someone who’s ready to grow. By the end, caring for one another will feel simple, comfortable, and part of everyday club life.   RISE: LEADERSHIP FUNDAMENTALS Effective Rotary leadership starts with understanding how to listen, connect, develop others, and serve. RISE Fundamentals provides the practical, foundational skills you need to lead and inspire fellow volunteers — whether you’re a new leader or looking to refresh and strengthen your leadership approach. YOUTH SERVICE COLLABORATION An opportunity for leaders and influencers across our youth programs to meet face-to-face, discuss how we can work together more effectively and collaborate and create a cohesive plan for the future and open up with each other.
