Our first guest in our annual Political Outlook Series was J. Murray Jones who has served 5 terms as Warden of Peterborough County and is a resident and municipal representative for Douro-Dummer. J. Murray reviewed the past year and spoke of the many successes, and some concerns such as the lack of infrastructure funding from the Provincial Government.  His slogan is "Peterborough County is more than ploughing roads" and he is thrilled to be Warden and very proud of Peterborough County. Questions were asked about the Race Track/Slots, roads, Trent Severn Waterway, and Shining Waters. He fielded the questions with great political savvy.
