On Saturday, February 18, the Rotary Club of Penetanguishene organized the parade for the Town of Penetanguishene's 75th Winterama!  This year's theme was "Decades: Winterama through the years" and entrants were encouraged to design their floats with that theme in mind.  All entries were judged by four impartial community members - two Rotarians, two friends of Rotary - with three winners being chosen based on pre-determined criteria.

The criteria included creative use of theme, visuals (colourful, original, balanced), sound (music, noise, song), number of people involved and overall impression.

2. St. Ann's Catholic School
3. Ecole Publique Saint Joseph
