President Elect John Kearns thanks speaker Tim Perry

Tim is the President of Nationwide Chaplain Services and is expanding this service throughout local communities.  He talked about what they do which is basically assisting the Police and Fire Departments when there is a crisis and letting the families know about a death or assisting people in need if they are suicidal or have challenging issues.
