May 9th Speaker Gary Dowty

Gary was a former member of our club, Past President 1991-91.  He left when he moved to Lake County with a job transfer.  He has been retired 4 years and his topic was:  Lessons Learned the Hard Way.  He gave us an insight on government red tape with all the agencies he has dealt with over the years when in the construction/contractors associations.
