Andra Watkins, author of To Live Forever: An Afterlife Journey of Meriwether Lewis, released Not Without My Father: One Woman's 444-Mile Walk of the Natchez Trace, on January 15, 2015.
Not Without My Father was inspired by her quest to become the first living person to walk the 444-mile Natchez Trace as our ancestors did. She planned to walk fifteen miles a day for thirty-four days, but to accomplish that goal, she needed a wingman. The memoir details Watkins' adventure on America’s forgotten highway with her wingman, her 80 year-old dad. Andra Watkins currently resides in South Carolina.

STATE OF ILLINOIS BUDGET CRISIS
Community addiction and mental health agencies function as a safety net for families in the communities they serve. An example is that Leyden Family Service and Mental Health Center operates a Food Pantry for residents of Leyden Township and surrounding areas (both for clients and those not receiving services).
State of Illinois funding for both addiction and mental health has decreased by more than 30% in the past five years according to data from Illinois National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI) and the Illinois Alcoholism and Drug Dependence Association (IADDA).

Crystal Fisher and Anthony Medina gave an overview of Travelers Aid's many success stories over the course of the last year Travelers Aid staff and volunteers provide one-on-one service for at-risk passengers by accompanying them through such processes as flight check-in, going through security, transferring to gates, getting to baggage claim and/or sitting with them during a layover. In recent years, Travelers Aid Chicago has expanded its presence with more than 125 volunteers now serving O'Hare. Werner Juretzko became a prisoner of war for several months in the Soviet-Czech POW camp when he was a young teenager. In 1948, he was asked to infiltrate the Communist Party. He was recruited by the G-2 Intelligence Service of the United States Army. Werner conducted authorized undercover espionage missions behind the Iron Curtain.
