Andy Trosper – Andy is Vice President of Sales for Weiman Products LLC. He is holds a bachelor degree from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He and his wife Marsha have been married 35 years and have two daughters. He received a lifesaving liver transplant at Northwestern Memorial Kovler Transplant Center in March, 2010. Since then he has lived a healthy and productive life. Andy is an active volunteer for Gift of Hope speaking to numerous audiences, staffing registrations and is on the GOH Workplace Advisory Council.

AJ Voth and Rod Beadle are members of the Chicagoland Professionals Chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB). EWB is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable organization that provides design and construction services for a wide variety of infrastructure improvement projects throughout the developing world. AJ and Rod has served as team members and project leaders for water, wastewater, stormwater, bridge and solid waste assignments in Africa, Central America, South America, Central Asia and the Caribbean. Michelle, a former Miss Illinois will speak to our Club about the mission and fantastic work of SOS Children's Villages Illinois.
SOS Children’s Villages Illinois is a part of the largest, international child welfare agency in the work with over 500 villages in 132 countries. Our Villages in Lockport and Chicago are made up of homes with a full time foster parent and siblings that have been reunited after being taken from their families into foster care. For most of the children, these villages are their only hope of staying united with their siblings and keeping the security of a family unit instead of being separated into different shelters and foster homes. We are seeing great results with our model including a 100% graduation rate. Nationally, children in foster care average a 50% graduation rate so we are very proud of this statistic. This year, we had 8 high school graduates and 2 college graduates formerly in our programs. We offer a safe, secure home to babies through 18-yr olds along with continuing to support children from our programs after high school. For many children, this is the first permanent home they have ever had. We currently have 3 sites in Illinois and are building a fourth site with homes this year on the West side of Chicago.
