Jade Stanley, Ed.D., MSW, Chair and Professor, BASW Program director of social work department at NEIU. Her Research and practice focus is on work with vulnerable populations, community practice and international social work.This presentation provides insights into a faculty led short term study tour to Lahore and Islamabad, Pakistan, in march 2017. The focus of the study tour was on social development and women empowerment. Seven social work students participated in this study tour and cultural exchange.
