Seeking a Consultant to support the following:
 
Effective Date and Duration: This Agreement shall come into effect on May 30, 2023, and shall expire on June 30, 2024 and will not exceed $8,000
 
The Project’s objective is to: Build individual and Community resilience through strong volunteers and the Rotary vision. For the Rotary Club of Parry Sound, the four pillars for smarter decision making are boldness, innovation, diversity, and growth - all significant factors in Change Management - need to be reviewed and incorporated in a strategic plan that is adequately resourced.
 
Deliverables:
• Redevelop Strategic Plan that includes addressing how to recover and mitigate future disruptions to our events and services by: Engaging a consultant and their staff to update our Strategic Plan and to provide training focused on chosen areas for improvement. Must include Implementation Plan and tracking tool.
• Create a fundraising plan with assistance from a consultant and their staff that matches the Strategic Plan.
• Develop/Initiate a plan to include: Reimagine Fundraising; Donor Management System (help decide which form of fundraising is best for our donors); a Fundraising Roadmap; and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
