Vocational-Youth Exchange
Our committee oversees:
- Giving Bursaries for High school students entering post secondary institutions and for college or university students In their last year of school.
- We Participate in Ryla each year by sending two High School aged Students to Geneva Park Orillia for a weekend of leadership training.
- We send a student to Adventures in Citizenship in Ottawa to engage with other youth in learning more about our government and our country.
- We Identify and assist Worthy students to experience Youth Exchange opportunities in other countries.
- We Present a “Student of the Year Award” to a worthy, involved High School student.
