7:30am - Registration open

8:00 am -Play Ball

9:00 am - Welcome reception with light Breakfast for players

10:00 am   Silent Auction Viewing Room Opens

10:30 am BBQ open

Noon  Bar Opens

3:00 pm    Silent Auction Closes

4pm - 9pm pick up Silent Auction winning bids

5pm  BBQ closes

6pm- Pizza available

9pm -(or following the championship Game)  Presentation and Toast to the Winning Team

10: pm  Event Closes 

 

Our 2026  goal is $30,000, which will allow us to support much needed equipment for Cancer Care in our Local Health Centre and our Parry Sound Rotary Club’s Projects with all of your amazing enthusiasm and support!!
