District 6310 is accepting Group Study Exchange applications for trip to India in January. Deadline Sept 9 2005 Urgent request from Erickson [EricSirum@charter.net]at the District level.
Dear Members of Rotary Club of Alpena:
This message was sent to us from the District who is still in search of qualified business professionals to join the Group Study Exchange to India. Consider colleagues who you know who are non-Rotarians up to the age of 40. Georgene
"HELP! That's all I can say. We have one application to date for the
GSE trip to India. The applicant is excellent but RI doesn't sent
trips with just two people. This would be an ignoble first for
District 6310 if we are not able to field a team.
Please announce to your club the urgency of this request. The
applications are to be in by September 9th and that is but a week and
some days away. Obviously we will be flexible with that date.
Remember, the exchange is from January 03, 2006 to January 30, 2006 and
will be led by Carol Vaughn of the Owosso club. Please continue to talk
it up.
