Process

Asks under $2500 can be approved at the Committee level.  If the committee requires further information before approving your ask they will contact you.  
 
Asks over $2500 can be approved at Board level and presented to the Club for final approval.  Larger asks of $5000+ will be asked to present at a Fireside Meeting. If you are selected to present at a Fireside meeting, you will be contacted by the Community Service Committee to ensure your presentation has the information the Club is looking for.  
 
Asks are reviewed in the Spring and Fall of each year. Deadline for Fall review is October 15th and for Spring review is April 15th. Decisions on applications will me made approximately 4-6 weeks following these deadlines. Time sensitive asks may be reviewed independently throughout the year and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
