Funding Request

Process

Asks under $2500 can be approved at the Committee level.  If the committee requires further information before approving your ask they will contact you.  
 
Asks over $2500 can be approved at Board level and presented to the Club for final approval.  Larger asks of $5000+ will be asked to present at a Fireside Meeting. If you are selected to present at a Fireside meeting, you will be contacted by the Community Service Committee to ensure your presentation has the information the Club is looking for.  
 
Asks for individuals and families may be asked to provide proof of income. Please submit your asks a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the date funds are required.
