Our Rotary Club recently held our annual shred day project on October 15th. This is where we shred confidential documents for the public for a small fee. The funds raised through this project should account for about $4000.00 this year which will go directly back into our community through assistance with certain projects that we are involved with. We shredded paper from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Although it was wet and windy, our members had lots of funs and we all got to know each other just a little bit better.
Above photos show the size of shredded paper bales after shredding. Each weighs about 1500 pounds. Also, Larry Stevens and John Coxon are shown working hard doing their jobs.
