On Saturday, October 2, several club members took advantage of the beautiful day to hand out Saturday Shopping Lists to area residents as they entered the Woodcliff Lake A&P. Shoppers were asked to buy one or more items on the list for the benefit of the Pascack Valley Food Center situated in the back of the Pascack Reformed Church in Park Ridge. Customer response was OVERWHELMING!! Three cars and a jeep were FILLED with what must have been $2500.00 worth of non-perishable food items. Added to that was another $100+ in cash donations. The club is truly grateful to all those people who were so generous.
