Program

On September 15, 2017 at Bellissimo Ristorante in Montvale, members of the Park Ridge Rotary gathered to hear a presentation by our own club member and past club President, Vladislav  Zherenovsky.  His subject was “Rotary Means Business”.

Our District and Club would like to attract more young members. Vlad explained that many younger potential members have a limited amount of time to devote to Rotary. “Rotary Means Business” offers an alternative.  It is designed to let more experienced members help younger professionals and business people through a networking group.  It encourages Rotarians to support the success of their fellow Rotarians by doing business with them and by referring others to them. Vlad reminded us that in 1905 Rotary originated with a group of business professionals.  Networking events are currently being scheduled and current members are encouraged to join these events.
