- Bernie noted that fruit sales are sluggish; we are up to 84 cases. He urged members to get their orders in sooner rather than later to help with administrative actions.

- Steve Fox’s dad is recovering from surgery.
- Linda Hanlon’s mom is now learning to negotiate stairs.

- Everyone was happy to welcome our speaker, PDG Bonnie Sirower, and guests Robert Bracegirdle, Rod Fivelstad and Amgad Wassef

Program:
On November 5, 2020 at a virtual meeting via Zoom, Park Ridge Rotary members welcomed PDG Bonnie Sirower, who spoke to us about international Rotary fellowships. Rotary fellow=ships Rotary fellowships are groups of Rotarians, their family members and program participants who connect to explore shared interests, hobbies, activities, sports and vocations. They are an opportunity for members to have fun, make new friends around the world, and enhance their overall Rotary experience. Currently more than 80 Rotary Fellowships are officially registered with Rotary International.
Several examples of fellowship groups were noted by Bonnie and guests Robert Bracegirdle and Rod Fivelstad, including Quilting, Musicians/Singers, Railroading and much more. For a complete list of fellowships members were urged to go to rotary.org/fellowships.
Members can find Rotarians with similar interests on our website and make contact through member profiles. You can also organize a new fellowship, provided you have at least 25 potential members, complete an application form and propose by-laws and officers for a complete list of fellowships.
