Lots of Happy Dollars were collected from the members tonight. Much of the money was given in honor of our 4 guests - Park Ridge Borough Administrator Kelley O'Donnell, Phil Wells and his two friends - all potential members. Members were also happy for Tara Ciannella's upcoming wedding to Bobby Scheurmann this coming Saturday, Aug. 25. Finally, Past President Fay Logan's efforts to arrange for our first ever Happy Hour meeting at Defiant Brewery were enthusiastically rewarded with still more cash for our coffers.
Program:

No formal program - just great food and good beer! Brewmaster Ben provided members with a brief overview of Defiant Brewery and the whole brewing process. Several varieties of beer are brewed at Defiant, each one with its own unique flavor. Food portions were more than generous and VERY tasty. All members left looking forward to visiting Pearl River and the brewery again very soon.
