4-24-14 CLUB MEETING AT THE CORNERSTONE

Flag Salute: President Bob Bustard

Invocation:  President Bob

Members Present:  Michelle Albergo, Bob Bustard, Ryan Cangialosi, Pat DiRosa, Steve Fox, Stuart Gold, Steve Hopper,  Pat Little, George Sherman, Brittany Vozza, Phil Wells.

Visiting Rotarians and Guests: Howard - Guest of Michelle.

Make Ups: Attending the President’s Ball were Michelle A., Bob Bustard, Ryan C., Pat D., Stuart G., Pat L. George S., and Phil W.

 (Please be sure to report your make-ups for our records and to improve our percentage of attendance!)

Birthdays and Anniversaries – Michelle is celebrating her Birthday May 1st.

Sunshine:  

Pres Bob spoke to Mauro. He is feeling better and hopes to be at a meeting soon.

Ann Hopper has a torn meniscus and will have to get surgery.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who are currently contending with adversity of one type or another.

Happiness:

Steve F. was happy to have had a nice trip to Europe.

 

Phil W. was very happy for Apple’s 7 to 1 stock split.

Steve H. is happy to be going on a Boy Scout camping trip with his son. He is also happy to be participating in this weekend’s bi-state water cleanup and for the growth this project has had from year to year.

Pat D. is happy that the plans for her daughter’s bridal shower are all set.

Pres Bob is happy for his son who bought a home in Alexandria VA.

George S. is happy to be headed down to Sea Girt for the weekend.

Pat L. is happy to have received what he hopes will be a good tip on a new job.

Dick Bozzone, Co-Chair of the Park Ridge Memorial Day Parade, has invited the club to take part in this year’s parade on May 26. Please let President Bob know if you will be able to participate.

Michelle – wants to be invisible.

Phil - would like to change into any animal, starting with a bird and a shark.

Stu – would like to be the Beyonder and change reality.

Steve H - would like to have x-ray vision.

Brittany, Pat, and Howard - would all like to fly.

Steve F - would like to be able to time travel.

Pres Bob – would like to be able to teleport via a fax machine.

George and Pat L would like to be able to eat anything they want with no consequences to health or weight.
