Wizarding Weekend Grilled Cheese & Soup

We will be hosting a fundraising event at the Second Annual Wizarding Weekend, selling Magical Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Mystical Tomato Soup at the Wizarding Weekend event, to be held on Saturday October 29, from 10:00–6:00.

We are looking for volunteers to help out. Shifts are 2-3 hours, and there are different tasks:

• Morning set up 6 a.m.–9 a.m.
    > on The Commons
    > Putting up the canopy, setting up tables, etc
    > The coffee pot will be on!
   
• Kitchen Prep: 6 a.m.–9 a.m.
    > in the kitchen of Casa Blanca
    > Partially toasting sandwiches
    > Coffee for these folks, too!
   
• In the tent: 2 hour shifts (10-2, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6)
    > Tend sandwiches on the grill
    > Pour soup
    > Slice sandwiches and plate
    > Collect payment
   
• On The Commons - wear a sandwich board and promote our wares!
• End of Day clean up: 6 p.m. ’til done

then...Wine and snacks at The Pack n Ship Store to celebrate!

We are going to have a fun filled day of wizardry and fellowship. Come join us on our maiden effort at this kind of fundraising!
